Hi! I’m Ali! I Am the owner and creator of Ali Dietrich Fitness. I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years as a coach, an instructor, nutritionist and studio owner. I have always loved health and fitness. When I taught my first group fitness class, I immediately fell in love and felt that I had found my way. My mission is to help my clients discover the best possible version of themselves in order to achieve their highest fitness and nutrition goals. Life can get hard. Finding the time and even the motivation to reach goals can be a challenge. For all of my clients, I provide tools that can be used throughout their lives. My love for yoga and all that it encompasses, allows me to see fitness and nutrition a bit different. I allow space for whatever is showing up and meet my clients where they are on their journeys. We work together to obtain the goals that are set. Everything in life is a practice. As we learn and grow, we create space for new ways of being. We have the ability to create a different landscape for our lives everyday.
Ali is a E-RYT 500 and a YACEP. She holds multiple certifications in fitness and training. She is a certified personal trainer, a Precision Nutrition coach, prenatal yoga teacher, a pre and post natal exercise specialist and athleticism coach. She has been an athlete her entire life. She has competed in figure competitions, Crossfit competitions and held the Maryland State Record for bench press in her weight class in 2013.

I’ve been working out with Ali for the past 3 years, recovering from a back injury. During that time Ali focused my workouts around strengthening my core, in addition to my overall strength. Recently, she requested I complete a set of jumping jacks. I promptly requested a substitute exercise because of problem many woman above 40 struggle with, urinary leakage. She encouraged me to try, which of course I did. To my surprise, I was able to complete a full set, with zero leakage. Over the last 3 years, not only did my overall strength and core strength improve, I no longer have that pesky leak. I’m free to skip, jump, and hop, without wet pants and I could not be happier.
